As a service to our clients, we assess the state of current projects to determine what corrective actions might strengthen each project and/or resolve specific project problems. We use what might be described as a swat team approach to identify the best ways to maximize your savings and realize your objectives.

We also provide an independent assessment that analyzes project strengths and weaknesses so that a client gains insight both from project victories and from project disasters. The results of these assessments provide valuable insight to the client as to what to repeat or what to avoid on future project efforts. Some common elements included in the independent project review include:

  • Business process functionality (including usability, efficiency, effectiveness)
  • Project management techniques and tools
  • Communications
  • Leadership and management (including management maturity and commitment)
  • Project feasibility
  • Shareholder/Team Functionality
  • Budget and Resource Management
  • Organizational Structure
  • Management of Issues, Risks, Change Control, Scope, Sub-contracts.
