We offer a variety of workshops designed to give participants an opportunity to apply their knowledge to a host of problems so they can discover the solutions for themselves. They get an opportunity to see how interactions within a business or project actually occur. In these workshops, they can experiment with different approaches and test out new behaviors in situations that seem real but are actually risk-free. - Project Leadership Simulation - This practical workshop immerses you into a real project environment with the aid of a computer simulation that is supported by lectures, ongoing feedback, group discussions, process consultation, team assessments, and more. You learn to think the way project managers do in real life - by doing hands-on project management work. But unlike real life, you will have the chance to stop and reflect on what worked and what did not work, and learn from your mistakes and successes. All learning takes place in an environment that encourages critical thought and experimentation without the consequences of real life failure.
- Enterprise Wide Simulation - This workshop presents a highly realistic multiple-project management experience. You manage and coordinate a portfolio of projects within the framework of the organization's goals and strategic initiatives. You participate in tough negotiations, share resources, and compete for priority, visibility and funding while you attempt to achieve the proper balance of business performance, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
