While some events that occur are considered disasters, many others qualify only as disruptive events. For the most part, this latter class of events can be handled through situation management, which focuses on the way in which an organization deals with the unexpected. How, for example, would your organization plan for and respond to distraught employee or dissatisfied customer who was inside the building wielding a weapon?. As in the case of disaster response, simple preparation for this type of situation can raise the level of organizational awareness and prepare the organization to respond in an appropriate manner. Many executives have not thought about the massive impact that a single shooting incident inside a company building can have on the organization. In addition to making employees feel that the work environment is no longer safe, such an incident can literally shut down the company while officials investigate.

Because we are sensitive to your needs, we provide situation management support. We provide training programs designed to deal with specific issues, and offer other support programs designed to ensure that the organization is mentally and physically prepared to deal with any specific situation that might occur. Such services go along way toward protecting your organization and making it an employee-friendly environment.
